Shipping & Returns Policy
When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to one week for order processing and shipment (each of our products are handmade to ensure you receive the freshest product possible). Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. Items ordered and paid for will ship after 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. We ship through USPS, and once shipped you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are handmade by order, we do not accept returns. Should an item arrive damaged, we will replace it at no charge if it is returned to us within 5 business days after receiving your order, along with photographic proof of the damage. If you have an issue or are dissatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us directly – we are here to work with you, and supply a satisfactory product is important to us.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable.
